Skilled Nursing Care Services
Routine Care Given: With the staffing and equipment at Countryside Manor we are able to provide the following routine care:
- Individualized plan of care for each resident based upon that resident's diagnoses, preferences and abilities
- Care for residents with dementia, Alzheimer's Disease, memory loss and other cognitive impairments
- Supervision and/or assistance in dressing, toileting, bathing, oral hygiene and eating
- Administration of oral, topical and injectable medications
- Treatments performed by professional nurses
- Therapeutic diets
- IV fluids and medication
- Proper positioning, turning and transferring
- Range of motion and exercise
- Assistance in walking
- Feeding, grooming, bowel and bladder rehabilitation
- Arrangements for the following professional services in the facility: podiatrist, optician, dentist and psychologist
- Companionship and emotional support
- Mentally, physically and spiritually stimulating activities
- Arrangements for consultation with specialized physicians and dentists
- Oxygen and inhalation therapy
- Enteral and parenteral feedings
- Hospice and Palliative care
Routine Care Not Given Onsite:
- Surgery
- Blood Transfusions
- Radiation Treatment
- Kidney Dialysis
- Respirator
- Respiratory Isolation
